Creative Designer / Motion Designer for Meta Ads

We are looking for a designer with proven experience in producing advertising creatives for mobile applications to support our paid acquisition efforts on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

 

The project is a mobile subscription-based application with an active performance marketing strategy and continuous creative testing.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Create static and video ad creatives for Meta platforms (Feed, Stories, Reels)
  • Develop multiple creative variations based on different hooks and approaches
  • Conduct competitor analysis and monitor current creative trends
  • Propose new creative concepts based on market insights and trend analysis
  • Optimize and update creatives based on campaign performance data
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on a regular basis

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Practical experience in producing ad creatives for mobile applications
  • Understanding of performance-oriented creative principles for Meta Ads
  • Experience with competitor research and trend analysis
  • Ability to work efficiently in a testing-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, or equivalent tools
  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant advertising creatives

 

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Experience with subscription-based products
  • Experience creating UGC-style or short-form video creatives
  • Familiarity with A/B testing of advertising creatives
