HR Generalist to $1200

We’re looking for an HR Generalist to work as part of a collaborative HR partnership, working closely with another HR specialist toward shared goals and aligned outcomes, maintaining and developing existing HR systems, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and contributing practical improvements. The role serves as a consistent link between leadership and employees through close, coordinated teamwork.

 

Working Conditions

  • 100% remote work (stable internet, PC, and ability to work independently required);
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM EST time (15:00 — 23:00 Kyiv time);
  • Salary after the probation period starts from $1,000 and depends on the candidate’s level of professionalism. The final compensation may vary significantly and is discussed during the interview (base salary + KPI).
  • Probation period — 3 months;

Candidate Profile

  • English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, with a strong focus on spoken communication.
  • 1,5+ year of experience in HR or recruitment;
  • Experience working with remote teams is a plus;
  • Confident user of Google Docs, Google Sheets;
  • Structuring and systematizing HR processes (for example: creating internal guidelines and policies, contributing to talent development or employee growth initiatives, participating in candidate evaluation frameworks, supporting talent pool management, or working with regular 1:1 systems)is a strong plus.
  • Ability to independently propose solutions, options, and initiatives;
  • Willingness to handle operational HR tasks, not only strategic ones;
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility;
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking;
  • Ability to follow corporate standards, tone of voice, and brand identity;
  • Strong communication skills and mature professional approach;
  • Honesty, reliability, and result-oriented mindset;
  • Knowledge of HR tools (adaptation, onboarding, motivation, evaluation, KPI)is a plus.

     

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruitment for field staff and frontline positions, with shared responsibility and support from another HR.
  • Managing employee onboarding and adaptation, maintaining and improving adaptation systems;
  • Supporting internal HR processes and company standards;
  • Maintaining employee database and HR documentation;
  • Supporting corporate culture and internal initiatives;
  • Participation in motivation and KPI-related projects;
  • Communication with management: reporting, insights, and HR improvement proposals;
  • Working within an established HR framework with a focus on consistency, quality, and results.
