We are looking for a SEO/Digital Marketing Specialist who can work with performance channels, SEO, and analytics, and understands how marketing impacts revenue.
You will work closely with CMO, CEO, Sales to scale paid traffic, grow organic visibility, and build transparent reporting.
Terms:
- 100% remote working — will need stable internet, powerful PC and working environment (minimising the impact of blackouts);
- Schedule: Mon-Fri from 15:00 to 23:00, flexible lunch 30 minutes;
- Probationary period: 2−3 months;

Key Responsibilities
SEO (Strategy & Execution)
- Build and execute SEO strategy: page prioritization, content planning, relevance mapping, internal linking.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and prepare tasks for developers (indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, hreflang, migrations).
- Perform on-page optimization: meta tags, headings, content, internal links.
- Monitor SEO performance and organic conversions, with focus on non-brand traffic.
- Launch outreach campaign to promote the brand and strengthen keywords in search results
- Build and control backlink strategy: anchors, donor quality, follow/nofollow balance.
- Handle basic website tasks: minor HTML/CSS edits, landing page updates, simple sections.
- Coordinate redesign tasks with designers and developers: briefing, review, testing.
- Manage CMS content and page updates.
Paid Advertising (PPC & Paid Social)
- Launch, manage, and scale campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing) with the help of a PPC contractor
- Manage budgets, bids, seasonality, and scaling scenarios.
- Run A/B tests for ads and landing pages.
- Monitor and optimize performance based on ROAS, CAC, CPL.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI.
- Create regular reports for marketing and sales teams.
- Ensure clear attribution and visibility of marketing contribution to revenue.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SEO / digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with SEO and basic Google Ads.
- Understanding of attribution, funnels, and lead quality.
- Experience with analytics and dashboards (Power BI or Looker studio etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels.
- English B2+ (working with the US market) is mandatory C1 will be an advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience in local services or moving/logistics market.
- Experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM integrations.
- Experience working with US-based companies.

We’re looking for an HR Generalist to work as part of a collaborative HR partnership, working closely with another HR specialist toward shared goals and aligned outcomes, maintaining and developing existing HR systems, supporting day-to-day HR operations, and contributing practical improvements. Working Conditions

- English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher, with a strong focus on spoken communication.
