Script Writer/Video Content Creator

We’re looking for a to join the Mailtrap team. In this role, you’ll craft engaging video stories and social media content that showcase how Mailtrap email platform helps growing product companies. You’ll be at the heart of bringing Mailtrap’s story to life, translating technical concepts into compelling narratives that grow our audience and strengthen our brand.

Your skills: 

🔹 Experience with scripting long-form videos (YouTube specifically) 

🔹 3+ years of experience in video marketing and content creation (video + digital)

🔹 Strong research skills 

🔹 Solid understanding of video production processes across all stages

🔹 Basic experience with video editing and content creation tools

🔹 Understanding of social media algorithms, anglophone audiences, and targeting best practices

🔹 Fluent English (written and spoken)

🔹 Proactive attitude and ability to learn on the fly

🔹 Tech-savviness with good command of digital tools

🔹 Strong communication and collaboration skills
 

Would be a plus: 

🔹 Experience with creating content for Social Media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.)

🔹 Experience with educational format videos

🔹 Experience with Figma, Veed, Canva, or HeyGen

🔹 Background in B2B video marketing

Your responsibilities: 

🔸 Develop video scripts and storyboards for tutorials, product demos, and educational content

🔸 Create engaging social media content (reels, carousels, stories, live marketing formats)

🔸 Craft compelling video narratives for PR and brand campaigns

🔸 Adjust  visual content for social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook)
