YouTube Production Manager (AI-Driven Faceless Channels) to $1000

We are building a portfolio of long-form, faceless YouTube channels (history, psychology, human behavior) using AI-assisted workflows. We are looking for a highly organized manager to manage day-to-day video production and keep the system running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production of 15–20 minute YouTube videos

• Coordinate scripts, AI voiceovers, visuals, and final video assembly

• Ensure videos move from idea → upload without delays

• Follow established SOPs and hit weekly production targets

• Upload videos with correct titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails

• Track basic performance metrics (views, CTR, retention)

• Communicate clearly and flag issues early

Requirements:

• Strong English (written and spoken)

• Experience with YouTube or video production workflows

• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI voice tools)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Able to work independently without micromanagement

Nice to have:

• YouTube Studio experience

• CapCut or Premiere Pro

• Canva or basic thumbnail design

• Interest in history, psychology, or documentary content

Compensation:

Monthly salary $700-$1000 with potential performance bonuses.
