For our partner — a media buying company in the crypto vertical we are looking for

Technical Specialist / Junior CTO (Crypto Media Buying)

Format: Full-time, office
Location: City Center (Blue Metro Line)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 12:00–19:00
Experience: 1–2+ years in crypto tech
GEO: Tier-1 & Tier-2 projects

Responsibilities

• Full technical setup for launching campaigns (domains, hosting, VPS, tracker, cloaking).
• Configure and integrate CRM, brokers, and 3rd-party services (API-based).
• Maintain and optimize trackers, offers, campaigns.
• Monitor servers, cron jobs, and system stability.
• Support and improve current setups; troubleshoot issues.
• Automate repetitive processes and introduce scalable solutions.
• Manage payments and service usage across all tech tools.
• Participate in onboarding and coordination of tech team members.
• Take leadership role in tech operations with planned growth into CTO.

Hard Skills

• Experience with VPS & hosting: DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Timeweb.
• Environment setup: Apache/Nginx, PHP, SSL, DNS, CDN
• Basic Linux operations (console-level).
• Web stack: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python
• Tracking/analytics: GTM API, Google Analytics, S2S postbacks, traffic routing (split, rotation, A/B).

• Full-stack experience is a huge advantage.

Automate, scale, and lead the technical function, aiming to grow into a full CTO role.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1–2+ years in crypto tech, specifically crypto media buying.
• Understands traffic funnels, setups, integrations, and scaling in crypto vertical.
• Wants to grow into CTO and manage existing technical specialists.
• Is proactive, technical, and ready to take ownership.

• Full-stack background is a big plus.

  The technical department plays a key role in setting up campaigns, automating processes, and ensuring stable performance across all ad funnels.

  This role is ideal for a technical specialist aiming to grow into a CTO position, take ownership of tech infrastructure, and lead a small team of existing developers/tech engineers.
