We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who understands digital storytelling, can transform concepts into engaging visual motion assets, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You will work closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to produce high-quality animations for ads, social media, mobile apps, brand identity, and educational content.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality motion graphics, animated ads, UI/product animations, and short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid campaigns;
  • Translate scripts, concepts, and storyboards into polished motion assets aligned with brand identity;
  • Develop visual concepts and propose new animation styles, transitions, and storytelling techniques;
  • Produce and adapt animated creatives optimized for performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms;
  • Ensure consistency in style, timing, typography, and visual identity across all motion deliverables;
  • Manage multiple animation projects, maintain organized file structures, and meet production deadlines;
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, product, and design teams to deliver high-impact visual content.

 

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma; knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus;
  • Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling;
  • Experience creating mobile-first video ads and social media content;
  • Experience working with tech products, mobile apps, or AI-driven digital products;
  • Ability to produce both short-form and long-form animation content;
  • Strong awareness of modern design aesthetics, motion trends, and platform-specific creative formats;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to accept and apply feedback;
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and ownership over results;
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced creative team.

 

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of performance marketing metrics and creative testing;
  • Skills in 3D animation, rigging, modeling, or VFX;
  • Experience producing TikTok-style/UGC-style or viral motion content.
