SMM Manager — Middle/ Senior (IGaming, LatAm)

We are an international iGaming holding, actively growing and now launching a new online casino project for the LATAM market, with an emphasis on Argentina.

       This is a startup within a large company, where there will be an opportunity to influence the strategy from the first steps and build processes from scratch.

We invite an SMM Manager who wants to join the team at the very beginning of a large-scale project.

Employment type: Part-time (with transition to full-time)
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Analyze current marketing activities, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with other marketing specialists to create cross-channel assets.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to boost community engagement.
• Leverage social media trends to increase reach and followers.
• Ensure all content is on-brand and aligned with company values.
• Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs to guide decisions.
• Manage social media advertising budgets.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Manage SMM tools and platforms for scheduling, listening, and analytics.

SMART Goals for the Probation Period

• Develop a complete SMM strategy.
• Launch and maintain a consistent posting schedule.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency with graphic editors (Canva/PS/Figma).
• Experience with posting/scheduling tools.
• Experience with social media ad campaigns.
• Experience with AI tools, including deepfake technology (as a plus).
