We are in search of a Junior MEDIA BUYER (Social/YT) to help bring results for our clients

We are an affiliate marketing agency that runs paid ads for a variety of different offers.  We are looking for a few Junior Media buyers to work closely with our team members on various accounts.

Here are the skills we need:

FB/IG

- Ad spying

- Developing angles for creatives

- Directing image creation with a designer

- Generating ideas and concepts for video ads

- Creating ad copy (possible with the help of a writer)

- Developing and implementing strategies

- Managing and optimizing ads

- Establishing KPIs for campaigns

- Monitoring campaign performance

- Pulling and analyzing data

- Use data to determine top ad creative, style, hooks, etc

You do not have to be an expert or experienced with all of the tasks above, but we want to get a better idea of your skills.

In your application, please list the above skills and rate your level of skill and experience in each as Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert

This role will be working closely with one of our Senior media buyers to support their efforts.  This role will provide the Senior with data, strategies, ideas, and creatives for their review, and then accurately execute on their decisions.  This will all be done in the hopes of growing this role to a senior-level position.

Requirements for this role:

- Fluent in English in written and verbal (C1 Level)

- Available to work full-time 8-5 EST Monday - Friday

- Ability to attend regular meetings

- Frequent communication, with the expectation to respond to all messages within the same day during work hours

- Strong attention to detail, including double-checking work to ensure accuracy

- Bring possible solutions to not just problems

- Meet deadlines for all tasks, or advise in advance if deadlines cannot be met.  (The fastest way to have a contract ended is to miss a deadline)

- Must be an individual contractor - NOT an agency
