We are looking for a Senior / Team Lead Media Buyer who isn’t afraid to run campaigns hands-on, manage a team, and deliver top results in Tier 1 geo!

What You’ll Do 🚀

• Lead a team of media buyers and participate in hiring new specialists 👥
• Develop and implement Tier 1 traffic acquisition strategies 🌎
• Optimize campaigns, track KPI, and maximize ROI 📊
• Hands-on campaign launches and hypothesis testing — you work directly, not just manage ✋
• Analyze results and implement strategic improvements 📈
• Ensure growth of team performance and campaign profitability 💎

We Are Looking for You If You ✅

• Have 2+ years of experience in grey/black hat crypto 🕶️
• Worked with Tier 1 geo: USA, Canada, Europe, etc. 🌍
• Have recent experience (last 3 months) with Google accounts, running ads
• Have experience with pre-land / land gates (schematic experience does NOT apply)
• Work not via WA/TG
• Know CRG / CPL models
• Proven experience leading a team of media buyers 👑
• Think strategically, adapt quickly, and are hands-on ✨
