Junior Finance Manager

We are seeking a Junior Finance Manager with a strong interest in business financial management. This role requires knowledge in accounting, corporate finance, and management control, along with solid organizational skills and the motivation to grow in both operational and strategic finance areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial data
• Assist the Head of Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and management control processes
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and performance summaries for internal use
• Collaborate with different teams to gather data and monitor key financial metrics
• Contribute to month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and documentation
• Participate in financial planning and long-term analysis as responsibilities expand

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of accounting principles and management control
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
• Eager to grow within the field of business finance, from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic planning.
