Growth Manager (Hosting Solutions) to $3000

More than just hosting, we provide infrastructure with true added value. We are hiring a Growth Manager ready to elevate our product positioning and drive measurable impact on our revenue.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and defend a marketing strategy based on market analysis, competition, and unit economics. Focus on scalable and profitable customer acquisition channels.
  • Search, test and scale high-potential traffic sources (SEO, PPC/search ads, content marketing, industry platforms, and hosting review sites).
  • Build relationships with web design studios, developers, and review site owners to generate high-quality traffic.
  • Analyze the customer journey from choosing a plan to server setup. Simplify the purchasing and initial setup process to increase conversion rates.
  • Implement mechanics to reduce Churn Rate and increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) by upselling related services (SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, backups, plan upgrades).
  • Monitor key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI per channel). Prepare data-driven forecasts for marketing investment returns.

     

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as a Growth Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or Product Marketing Manager in the IT sector (experience in SaaS, Hosting, or IaaS is an advantage).
  • Ability to develop long-term hypotheses and justify the selection of promotion channels using data-driven insights..
  • Knowledge of basic technical terms (Shared, VPS/VDS, Dedicated, domains, CMS) and the needs of the target audience (from beginners to system administrators).
  • Deep understanding of search engine marketing and paid traffic principles in highly competitive niches.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools and understanding of SaaS metrics.
  • Experience in planning marketing budgets and responsibility for their effective allocation.

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with affiliate networks (CPA) or developing an in-house referral program.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful strategies that drove measurable improvements in conversions and sales.

  • Mandatory probationary period of 2-3 months (can be finished earlier, retroactively).
