Marketing Designer

We’re seeking a Marketing Designer with a focus on illustration and marketing visuals to strengthen the brand’s identity across all external channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping Dripify’s brand presence across our channels.
The role requires a strong command of visual hierarchy, stylistic cohesion, and digital-first design execution.
Our ideal candidate is an open-minded individual with their own distinct style who stands their ground when it comes to creative brainstorming, has no “blind spots” in their approach, and stays up to date with the latest design trends.
Requirements:
— Relevant experience (3+ years) as a Graphic Designer in a SaaS or tech environment.
— Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design, layout, and brand work.
— High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
— English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for clear communication in an international team.
— Understanding of typography, spacing, color theory, and composition.
— Experience producing assets for web, social media, and paid advertising.
— Ability to work and make decisions independently with minimal supervision.
— Ability to communicate design rationale clearly.
— High level of self-organization, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple issues/projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
— Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, landing pages, ads, email templates, and other product-related materials.
— Produce illustrations, icons, diagrams, and UI-supporting visuals as needed.
— Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent application and compatibility across formats and channels.
— Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate ideas into clear, functional designs.
— Execute design tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Participate in reviews and iterate based on feedback.
— Monitor design trends, competitor visuals, and industry standards to ensure Dripify’s design output remains current and aligned with modern design practices.
Nice to have:
— Experience with motion graphics.
— Knowledge of basic UI principles.
— Knowledge of AI graphic design tools.
— Familiarity with LinkedIn-focused marketing materials.
— Ability to create simple animations or micro-interactions.
