Join us as a Middle Affiliate Manager and take an active role in building and expanding our affiliate department. You will be responsible for growing the partner base, optimizing campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of Bitmedia’s marketing ecosystem.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in an affiliate network or media buying experience;
• Analytical abilities;
• Understanding of collaboration models such as CPL, CPC, CPM, CPA, RS, CPA;
• Stress resilience and the ability to solve complex cases;
• English level from B2.

Responsibilities: 

• Searching for new partners to expand our affiliate network (affiliates and direct advertisers);
• Relationship Management - developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are satisfied and providing continuous support;
• Campaign Launch and Optimization - analyzing results and optimizing them (partner retention, improving the brand's position on partner sites), analyzing campaign effectiveness, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.
