Lead User Acquisition Manager / Head of UA / Head of Marketing $$$$ Offline

We create and scale our own products in the AI niche, test hypotheses, build performance funnels, and provide full-cycle services for traffic acquisition and marketing. We work with web and mobile applications in white and grey niches, collaborating with partners worldwide. Our team consists of ambitious professionals ready to tackle complex challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across channels: search, social, in-app, email, influencers, messengers, ad networks, SEO, ASO, etc.
- Manage traffic acquisition for our own and partner products (web & apps).
- Test hypotheses and discover effective combos for scaling.
- Analyze channel and traffic performance, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with product teams and external partners.
- Build and optimize performance marketing funnels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Handle budget allocation, forecasting, and media planning.
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing UA/marketing team.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and insights.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Lead UA, Head of UA/Marketing).
- Hands-on experience buying traffic on Facebook, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and via ASO, in-app channels, etc.
- Proficiency in mobile and web analytics tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of web and mobile apps.
- Proven experience in building and managing a team.
- Deep analysis of key metrics: CPA, CAC, ARPPU, LTV, ROAS, ROI, CR.
- Experience working with various geos (Tier 1 and Worldwide).
- Proactive, responsible, and communicative approach.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) English level or higher.
Nice to have:
- Experience in influencer marketing (TikTok, YouTube).
- Experience with AI companion products (AI Girlfriend / AI Companions), especially in mobile (iOS/Android) and web.
