Media Buyer PPS (Google, Facebook, Bing) β€” Dating Industry

We are an international marketing company specialising in performance traffic in the Dating, Social Discovery, and Lifestyle niches. We work on PPS/RevShare models with direct advertisers, and we own our own products and BI infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced media buyer capable of scaling profitable traffic with stable budgets.

 

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer specialising in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads to scale performance campaigns in the dating vertical. The ideal candidate understands the psychology of dating audiences, compliance requirements across platforms, and performance optimisation under strict profit targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. PPC Campaign Planning & Launch

  • Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Search/DisplayFacebook Ads, and Bing Ads.
  • Build structured campaigns with proper keyword segmentation, audience targeting, and funnel optimisation.
  • Select high-performing GEOs, demographics, and interest groups relevant to dating funnels.

2. Creative & Messaging Optimisation

  • Develop and test ad creatives, headlines, angles, and pre-landers tailored for dating traffic.
  • Ensure all creatives meet the advertising platform’s compliance requirements (sensitive content, adult restrictions, wording limitations).

3. Performance & Data Analysis

  • Work with PPS KPIs: CPS, CR, ROI, ROAS, average check, conversion quality.
  • Analyse campaign performance using ad platform dashboards, trackers (Voluum, Binom), and internal BI tools.
  • Identify profitable patterns, scale winning campaigns, and pause underperforming ones.

4. Traffic Scaling & Experimentation

  • Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, targeting, bids, and funnels.
  • Scale budget efficiently while maintaining profitability.
  • Test new angles, GEOs, ad formats, and traffic sources.

5. Compliance & Quality Management

  • Navigate strict dating-industry advertising policies.
  • Prevent ad disapprovals and maintain stable campaign delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality user acquisition aligned with partner requirements.

6. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the product, creative, and analytics teams.
  • Provide feedback to the funnel/landing page team to improve CR and EPC.
  • Communicate with affiliate managers and partners on offer performance.
     

Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Proven experience buying traffic in GoogleFacebook, and/or Bing (minimum 1–2 years) in Dating/Gambling/Nutra/Adult verticals.
  • Solid understanding of dating vertical dynamics, user behaviour, and compliance nuances.
  • Experience with PPS/CPA/CPL billing models.
  • Knowledge of tracking tools: Voluum, Binom, Keitaro, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to create personas, angles, funnels, and competitive ad research.
