What you’ll do in this role
- Manage and execute sourcing strategies across multiple markets (Ukraine and beyond)
- Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates based on both skills and culture fit
- Collaborate with internal managers (like HR/AMs/DMs) clients to align on expectations and share hiring progress
- Provide a consultative approach to clients — you’re not just recruiting, you’re advising
Keep our candidate database up to date and full of potential
We’re looking for
- 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Knowledge of the tech talent market, its trends, and salary benchmarks
- A hands-on understanding of various sourcing tools and platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A structured, reliable, and result-oriented approach to work
A genuine interest in complex, niche, or non-traditional roles — the trickier, the better
