Media Buyer (gaming)

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Facebook Ads Specialist on behalf of our client. If you have hands-on experience in user acquisition for gaming products, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to independently create ad creatives using AI tools — this opportunity is a great match for you.

What You Will Be Working On

• Planning, launching, and optimizing high-performing Facebook campaigns for gaming products
• Managing full-funnel user-acquisition strategies across multiple markets
• Independently handling budgeting, bidding, scaling, and daily optimization
• Creating and iterating ad creatives using AI tools (images, videos, copy)
• Rapidly testing multiple creative concepts to identify top performers
• Building and refining audience segments using interest, behavior, and lookalike modeling
• Analyzing market trends, competitor angles, and user insights to improve performance

Responsibilities

• Tracking and analyzing campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention, monetization events)
• Making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns
• Continuously testing new creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Producing clear performance reports and actionable insights for ongoing improvements
• Managing budgets efficiently and identifying scaling opportunities

To Be Successful, You Need

• 1+ years of experience running Facebook Ads (gaming experience is a strong advantage)
• Ability to independently create ad creatives using AI tools (no design team support)
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience managing campaigns end-to-end
• Familiarity with mobile attribution and analytics tools is a plus
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
• Desire to grow within performance marketing
