Junior DA/DS to $1500 Offline

We are looking for a Junior+/Middle Python NLP Engineer to join a small Ukrainian R&D.

Requirements:

• Basic Python and experience with Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT/LoRA/QLoRA
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning RoBERTa/XLM-RoBERTa models and train pipelines (automation)
• Solid understanding of NER, token classification, and distillation techniques
• English B1 for reading papers and writing documentation

Will be a plus:

• Kubeflow, AWS/AZURE/GCP
• Experience with Unsloth, Axolotl, or spaCy v3.7+ training configs
• Familiarity with Common Crawl / CC-NEWS processing

The process: test assignment (10 days maximum) -> interview with the Head of R&D -> offer

   Training models can take a long time, and power outages delay the process.
3. Why don't have a recruiter interview first?
   If you've completed the test, we don't need any other checks! A specialist who has invested so much time has already proven their loyalty!
