Game Matematician/Game designer Balance (Igaming)

We’re looking for an analytical and business-minded Product Economist to optimize product monetization and evaluate the financial impact of offers, bonuses, and events. You’ll work with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure a healthy product economy and sustainable revenue growth.

📊 Core Responsibilities

• Monitor key product economy metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, churn, payback).
• Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of bonuses, promotions, and in-product events.
• Build and interpret simple financial and forecasting models (ARPU, LTV, demand elasticity).
• Conduct A/B tests, analyze cohorts and funnels, and identify monetization opportunities.
• Partner with Product & Marketing to translate data insights into business decisions.

• Maintain dashboards and detect anomalies in revenue or user behaviour.

   

🧮 Skills & Experience

• 2–3+ years in product or monetization analytics (preferably real-money gaming).
• Solid understanding of unit economics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn).
• Knowledge of monetization models (subscriptions, IAPs, bonuses, events).
• SQL (joins, aggregations, CTEs), Excel/Sheets modeling.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase).
• Python/R for basic data processing — nice to have.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and responsible for data accuracy.

• Ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical teams.
