Network Engineer

We are currently looking for a Network Engineer to join a manufacturing company in the field of radio electronics.

The main responsibility of this role is to build and maintain wired and wireless networks, configure and support routing, and ensure network security. You will work with various network protocols and services, manage network resources in cloud environments, and monitor traffic using specialized tools.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining wired and wireless networks; configuring and supporting routing and network security.
• Configuring network IP services (DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, etc.).
• Configuring: TCP/IP, VPN (IPsec, SSL), BGP, OSPF, NAT, Port Security, QoS, VLAN, STP.
• Configuring and supporting Ubiquiti, FortiNet, MikroTik network equipment.
• Configuring and supporting firewalls, IDS/IPS systems.
• Configuring and managing network resources in AWS and Azure.
• Monitoring and analyzing network traffic using specialized tools.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer with strong expertise in wired and wireless network setup and maintenance, as well as routing, switching, and network security.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and services, including TCP/IP, VPN (IPsec/SSL), BGP, OSPF, NAT, VLAN, STP, QoS, Port Security, and IP services such as DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SSH, FTP, iSCSI.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, application control, and endpoint protection (EDR/EPP).
• Proficiency in configuring and supporting network equipment (Ubiquiti, FortiNet, Aruba, MikroTik) and managing cloud networking environments in AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools (Zabbix, Grafana), as well as Linux and Windows server administration.
• Knowledge of automation and configuration management tools and practices.
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools.
• AWS & Azure experience.
