CRM/ERP Configuration Manager. Customer Support to $1000 Offline

We are looking for a CRM/ERP Configuration Manager to support, configure, and optimize a complex financial and warehouse ERP system.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who is comfortable working with intricate business logic, accounting flows, and operational processes.

  • Configure and maintain CRM/ERP modules (finance, billing, inventory/warehouse, customer management, workflows).
  • Validate and normalize client data before loading it into the CRM.
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into appropriate configuration changes.
  • Manage financial, operational, and warehouse-related settings within the ERP
  • Investigate client issues related to data, workflows, accounting logic, or document processing. Verification of  proposed solutions.
  • Work closely with Dev, QA, and DevOps teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
  • Assist customers in understanding system behavior and following best configuration practices.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation.

Requirements
 

  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Experience in Customer Support, CRM support, or data-related roles.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (finance, accounting, billing, inventory, or warehouse modules preferred).
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with complex logic, dependencies, and cross-module interactions.
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident user of Google Sheets / Google Docs.
