What You'll Do
- Build and maintain trading platform interfaces (mostly frontend, some backend)
- Work with real-time data and low-latency systems
- Design intuitive UX/UI for complex trading workflows
- Work autonomously with minimal micromanagement
Collaborate directly with the team lead
Must-Haves
- 4+ years of professional development experience
- Strong TypeScript skills
- MongoDB production experience
Solid UX/UI understanding (not just implementing designs - thinking about user flows)
Nice-to-Haves
- AWS experience
- Real-time/low-latency systems background
- Financial systems exposure
- AI/ML familiarity
