Your Role:

  • Build and execute CRM campaigns across email and push channels for multiple markets.
  • Continuously run A/B tests on content, offers, segmentation, and communication flows.
  • Oversee the technical performance of CRM systems — ensuring high deliverability, strong IP/domain reputation and low spam rates.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement new CRM tools, automations, and capabilities to scale operations.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, design, and support teams to improve retention and LTV metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights with the team.

 

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM, Email, Growth or Product Marketing.
  • An analytical thinker with a data-driven approach and hands-on experience running A/B tests.
  • Strong understanding of user retention, monetization flows and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in using analytics dashboards (GA4, Grafana, Mixpanel or similar tools).
  • Confident in working with marketing automation and CRM platforms — building campaigns and analyzing results.
  • Quick to learn new tools, CRM systems, and data structures that support automation and reporting.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.

 

Will be a plus: 

  • Hands-on experience with CRM or messaging platforms like Reteno, Mailchimp, Braze, Iterable or similar.
  • Experience working with subscription-based products.
  • Experience with global audiences and multi-language campaigns.
