We are looking for a Middle+ Meta Ads Specialist

A performance-driven specialist who will take ownership of our multi-market advertising ecosystem, strengthen our presence across Ukraine and the EU, and consistently turn data into measurable business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok Ads (preferably in e-commerce).
• Strong command of: Meta Conversion Ads, Meta Lead Ads, Meta Catalog Ads, Facebook Pixel.
• Proven cases of managing projects with budgets starting from 5,000 USD per month.
• Confident skills in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets.
• Experience working on international projects (EU markets).
• English level B1 or higher.

Will be an advantage:

• Mobile app promotion experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest.
• Knowledge of any European languages (besides English).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with an e-commerce project in Ukraine and the EU.
• Set up advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads (dynamic remarketing, catalog sales, lead generation, app install campaigns, video ads, and engagement campaigns).
• Perform regular campaign optimization: targeting improvements and creative testing.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize return on investment.
• Configure Pixel and Commerce Manager.
• Improve product feeds for Meta and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance processes.
