🔥 Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience as an HR, People Partner, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
• Experience working with traffic teams, affiliate, or media buying - is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of Polish language will be an advantage.
• Ability to build trust, support teams, and maintain clear communication.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, onboarding, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
   

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support point for our traffic team in Warsaw.
• Ensure smooth and effective onboarding and adaptation for team members.
• Provide daily support, build a positive and productive team atmosphere.
• Identify needs, risks, and potential issues within the team - and resolve them proactively.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, gather feedback, run pulse-checks, and support HR initiatives.
• Participate in HR cycles: performance reviews, development, communications, and organizational processes.
• Collaborate closely with team leads and the People Department.
  Additional Office Management Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the office is fully supplied with essentials: tea/coffee, water, stationery, and other materials.
• Organizing workspaces, coordinating with vendors, and handling day-to-day office needs.
• Assisting in organizing internal events and maintaining a comfortable, welcoming office environment.
