IT Sourcer (Remote)
We are looking for an attentive, systematic and proactive sourcer who will help strengthen the team with high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities
- Search for candidates based on given profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, StackOverflow, Google, Boolean search).
- Compose and optimize Boolean queries.
- Initial "cold" interaction with candidates (message, clarification of interest).
- CV screening by key criteria (stack, experience, English, etc.).
- Creation and maintenance of candidate databases
- Analysis of the market and competitive environment for vacancies.
- Preparation of a shortlist of candidates for the recruiter/hiring manager.
- Reporting on activity: number of reviews found, conversions.

Requirements
- Experience as an IT Sourcer / Researcher from 6 months (preferably in an outsourcing, product or recruitment agency).
- Excellent command of LinkedIn Recruiter/Sales Navigator/Boolean & X-Ray search.
- Basic understanding of IT roles: Backend, Frontend, QA, PM, DevOps, Designer, etc.
- Ability to find passive candidates, write quality outreach messages.
- Attention to detail, ability to sort and structure information.
- English — Intermediate+ (for reading CVs and searching).

Will be a plus
- Experience in sourcing rare roles (DevOps, Senior+).
- Knowledge of tools: AmazingHiring, HireEZ, OctoHR, Huntr, Notion.
- Experience working with ATS (PeopleForce, Hurma).
