Business Analyst $$ Offline

About the Role:

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience working within same role and preferably within the Gambling industry.
• Experience in creating process documentation, specifications, diagrams.
• Understanding of web and mobile application development process.
• Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements and prioritize them with focus on maximum value.
• Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements.
• Attentiveness to details, strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience in come up with solutions for business needs.

   

What You’ll Do:

• Responsible to translate the business vision and goals to a clear backlog for the teams and provide business reasoning for each item.
• Communicate requirements to the technical team on the required level of details.
• Communicate with similar internal teams for collecting required information.
• Prepare technical backlog with developers, maintain the lifecycle of the issues and drive sprint planning, support functionality till production.
• Gathering product requirements (interview stakeholders, analyze existing interfaces etc.) and convert them in user stories.

• Manage requirements related conflicts and issues up to result.

   

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of architecture/design patterns and styles.
• Experience working using various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc).

• Working with Atlassian stack. for composing and managing documentation.

   

Business expertise:

• Proven experience working in gambling domain.
• Experience working with or in operation departments of gambling sphere.

• Solid understanding of domain Platform requirements.

   

Communication skills

• Proven Leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to find and deep search for edge to edge cases over requirement.

• Being proactive over communication and strict with notes and future results and follow ups.
