SEO Specialist (Business-Driven)

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who combines strong technical and content expertise with a deep understanding of business priorities. This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will translate business objectives into actionable growth plans and execute them end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client business goals into clear SEO and digital growth roadmaps
• Fully own and execute SEO activities:

Technical SEO

On-page optimization

Content strategy and optimization

Internal linking

• Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles and adapt strategies to AI-driven search environments
• Analyze performance data, identify patterns, and deliver actionable insights
• Proactively uncover new growth opportunities and performance gaps
• Communicate effectively with client managers and internal teams, providing clarity and confidence

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in SEO with measurable results
• Strong understanding of modern SEO trends, including GEO and evolving search ecosystems
• Ability to think strategically while independently executing tasks
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
