SEO Specialist (Business-Driven)

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who combines strong technical and content expertise with a deep understanding of business priorities. This is both a strategic and hands-on role: you will translate business objectives into actionable growth plans and execute them end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Translate client business goals into clear SEO and digital growth roadmaps

Fully own and execute SEO activities:

Technical SEO

On-page optimization

Content strategy and optimization

Internal linking

Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) principles and adapt strategies to AI-driven search environments

Analyze performance data, identify patterns, and deliver actionable insights

Proactively uncover new growth opportunities and performance gaps

Communicate effectively with client managers and internal teams, providing clarity and confidence

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in SEO with measurable results

Strong understanding of modern SEO trends, including GEO and evolving search ecosystems

Ability to think strategically while independently executing tasks

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach

Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
