Team Lead Media Buyer FB (in-house)

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to join our partners’ team.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook, gambling);
• Strong expertise in Tier-1 traffic, especially Canada (experience with Australia and Germany will be a plus);
• Proven ability to manage a team and build efficient operational processes;
• Ability to find and scale winning setups;
• Experience working with large budgets;
• Hands-on experience with trackers, cloaking, and related tools;
• English level — Intermediate+;
• Strong communication skills;
• Responsibility and decisiveness.

Your responsibilities:

• Launching, managing, analyzing, and scaling Facebook ad campaigns;
• Creating, testing, and optimizing funnels/hypotheses, as well as researching and analyzing audiences and GEOs;
• Monitoring accounts — tracking statuses, key metrics, and traffic costs;
• Generating ideas for creatives and preparing briefs for production;
• Managing budgets and spend;
• Controlling KPIs during campaign execution;
• Monitoring performance in trackers (Keitaro/Binom).
