• 2–3 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial analysis, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, reconciliation processes, and financial documentation.
• Able to independently review operational workflows and identify discrepancies, risks, or inefficiencies.
• Experienced in organizing financial data, preparing audit trails, and creating structured reports.
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with sensitive information.
