Talent Acquisition Specialist $$$ Offline

You are the one who brings the best talent into the team - from media buyers and ASO specialists to financial gurus and operational pros. Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to onboarding;
  • Posting job openings on job boards and niche platforms: Telegram/LinkedIn/industry-specific communities;
  • Active sourcing of candidates (Boolean search, LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, professional networks);
  • Screening and conducting interviews (online/offline);
  • Negotiating offers and supporting candidates until their start date;Gathering requirements and creating job profiles together with hiring managers;
  • Regular communication on the status of each search;
  • Providing market insights, salary expectations, and talent availability;
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires;
  • Creating attractive job descriptions and company-related content;
  • Maintaining the company’s presence in professional communities;
  • Organizing internal and external events that strengthen the employer brand;
  • Managing the candidate database in an ATS (PeopleForce or similar);
  • Preparing regular reports on the quantity, quality, and speed of closing vacancies;
  • Tracking KPIs across the recruitment funnel (from application to offer).

 

Requirements:

 

  • Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition of at least 2 years (preferably in digital, IT, or affiliate marketing);
  • Skills in active sourcing, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates;
  • Understanding of the digital market and key roles (media buying, ASO, financial and operational positions);
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Telegram bots and databases);
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
