We are looking for a Content Marketing Operations Manager to support a wide range of marketing activities, including industry events, product launches, market communications, and content-driven brand visibility. 

You will work closely with the CMO and internal experts to translate complex industry knowledge into clear marketing materials, support go-to-market initiatives, and help bring new products and ideas to market. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of marketing โ€” from explaining how products work, supporting product launches and preparing marketing assets, to creating industry-focused content and exploring new content channels.

You will also actively use modern AI tools for hands-on content creation, research, and production workflows, helping increase the speed and quality of marketing execution. 

 

 

Key responsibilities

Social media storytelling & content creation (Linkedin & Telegram)

  • Create high-quality content for a B2B fintech and iGaming audience
  • Create individual content for the company employees to publish on LinkedIn
  • Develop content based on real industry insights, avoiding generic marketing language

 

 

Product explanation & marketing materials

  • Create presentations and product explanation materials
  • Prepare case studies and product-focused content
  • Write articles for publishing on external websites

 

 

Content distribution & channel development

  • Explore and test additional content channels beyond LinkedIn (X/Twitter, YouTube, industry communities)
  • Adapt content to different formats and platforms where relevant
  • Experiment with new content formats and storytelling approaches

 

 

Marketing operations support

  • Support marketing preparation for industry events and conferences
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials such as presentations, merchandise, and printed assets
  • Manage operational marketing tasks including supplier coordination and asset preparation

 

 

AI-enabled content workflows

The role requires practical use of AI tools to support content creation and research, including:

  • AI writing tools for drafting and editing content
  • AI visual tools for developing visual concepts
  • AI research tools to collect market insights and industry information
  • AI-assisted workflows to increase content production efficiency

 

 

Required skills

  • English B2/C1/C2
  • Hands-on experience creating content for B2B audiences
  • Understanding technical products at a conceptual level
  • Ability to structure use cases and product explanations
  • Experience preparing presentations, explainers or product-focused materials
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for writing, visual generation, and research
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in fintech and payments infrastructure
  • Structured thinking and ability to simplify complex topics
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
