Amazon Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator $$ Offline

We are a Germany-based e-commerce company building and operating multiple Amazon FBA brands (including Basic Haus, SoCal Buttercup, Mantra Sports). We focus on high-quality, sustainable, and customer-focused products backed by strong branding and efficient operations.
We currently sell in the USA and are expanding into Canada, UK, and Germany, with many new SKUs launching over the next 1–3 months.

 

🎯 The Role (What You’ll Own)
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Amazon Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator to keep our inventory flowing and our launches on track.
You will work closely with the CEO, suppliers in China, freight forwarders, and our finance team to ensure:
inventory is planned correctly,
shipments are executed smoothly (FBA/AWD/3PL),
documentation is accurate,
and stockouts are avoided.

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, follow-ups, and making operations predictable.

 

✅ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Inventory Planning & Replenishment
Maintain and update inventory tracking across in-stock, in-transit, 3PL, AWD, and FBA
Support forecasting and replenishment planning using sales velocity and lead times
Create restock plans and raise flags early to prevent stockouts / overstock

🔹Purchase Orders & Supplier Coordination
Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs) and production timelines with the CEO
Coordinate with suppliers on: production updates, packaging requirements, labeling, and QC steps
Organize samples when needed (shipping to different locations)

🔹Shipping & Logistics Execution (FBA / AWD / 3PL)
Create and manage inbound shipments in Amazon Seller Central (FBA + AWD; shipping via 3PL only)
Coordinate freight forwarders for ETD/ETA, pickup, carton details, documents, delivery appointments
Maintain shipment records, tracking logs, and shipment status updates in ClickUp

🔹Documentation & Cross-Border Readiness (important!)
Prepare/review key shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, carton details, etc.)
Support coordination for cross-border shipments as we expand into CA/UK/DE
Ensure accurate records for landed cost tracking (working with finance)

🔹Issue Resolution & Operational Maintenance
Troubleshoot inbound issues (missing units, shipment delays, labeling problems)
Coordinate follow-ups with forwarders/suppliers/3PL to resolve exceptions quickly
Maintain clean operational data in Google Sheets + ClickUp (this is critical)

 

🔍 Requirements
🔸2–5+ years experience in logistics / supply chain / operations, ideally with Amazon FBA
🔸Strong knowledge of Seller Central: shipping plans, inventory management, FBA workflows (AWD is a plus)
🔸Experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs
🔸Strong Google Sheets skills (filters, formulas, clean structure, tracking discipline)
🔸Very strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving parts
🔸Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly in English
