We’re a fully remote, international team of six professionals located in Germany, Dubai, and the Philippines — and we’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Web Developer to join our engineering group.
This is a long-term, freelance position with strong potential for fast career growth.
Position Details
- Title: Senior Full Stack Web Developer
- Contract: Freelance, Indefinite
- Notice Period: 30 days
- Trial: 1-month trial (no notice period)
- Working Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Overtime: Paid (rare, but compensated equally)
- Time Zone: Any
- Location Preference: Open worldwide

- Meetings: Minimal, spontaneous when needed

What You’ll Do
Your foirst project will be a 2-year-old iGaming platform project (online casino). You will work closely with a small, highly skilled engineering team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Full-stack development using Laravel, PHP, React, TypeScript, MySQL, MongoDB
- Building new features and maintaining existing functionality (approx. 70% development, 30% maintenance)
- Taking responsibility for clean, organized, and reliable code
- Collaborating directly with senior engineers and the CTO/CEO
- Working autonomously in a remote, flexible environment
- Optionally working across other company projects after initial onboarding
If you bring additional expertise (DevOps, systems architecture, performance optimization, etc.), there is room to progress into Principal Engineer or other senior tracks.

Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Haves
- 6+ years of professional experience (minimum), University years not included
- PHP (latest version) & Laravel — expert-level experience
- React & TypeScript — strong proficiency
- Ubuntu/Unix/Mac OS only (no Windows users)
- Experience with MySQL and MongoDB
- Strong problem-solving and algorithmic thinking
- Excellent communication in English (C1/C2)
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and proactiveness
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, autonomy-driven environment
- Willing to work on iGaming products
