Content Creator

We are looking for a Content Creator with a strong molecular biology or biochemistry background who can turn complex science into clear, engaging stories. In this role, you will independently research topics, develop ideas, and write content for social media, our website, and external electronic publications (non-academic). You’ll work closely with the founders and product marketing team to keep our public voice sharp, credible, and aligned with our positioning in AI-powered drug discovery.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, accurate, and engaging posts for social media (LinkedIn).
• Develop longer-form articles for the company blog and external electronic media (magazines, portals, newsletters).
• Independently research topics: read scientific literature, industry news, and internal materials to generate content ideas.
• Translate complex concepts in molecular biology, drug discovery, and AI into accessible narratives for non-specialist audiences.
• Adapt content to different audiences (scientists, pharma decision-makers).
• Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts (ML engineers, product leads and managers) to ensure scientific accuracy.
• Iterate on content based on feedback and basic performance indicators (engagement, reach, reactions from target audience).

Required qualifications

Education & scientific background

• Master or PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a closely related life-science field.
• Solid understanding of core concepts in molecular and cellular biology, experimental methods, and drug discovery basics.

Writing & communication

• Proven experience writing academic or non-academic scientific content: blog posts, opinion pieces, explainers, or similar materials (links or portfolio strongly preferred).
• Excellent written English (C1–C2 level): precise, fluent, and stylistically flexible.
• Ability to adjust tone and depth of detail depending on the target audience and channel.
• Strong skill in structuring content so that key messages are immediately clear.

Work style

• Independent work: from topic discovery and research to final draft.
• Comfortable working remotely with async communication (docs, comments, calls when needed).
• Reliable in meeting deadlines and managing a light but steady content pipeline.

Preferred qualifications

• Awareness of recent developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning, especially in drug discovery or life sciences.
• Experience writing about AI, data science, or computational biology for non-academic audiences.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional social platforms as content channels.
• Basic understanding of content SEO principles (headlines, structure, keywords) is a plus, but not required.
