Service Desk Lead

Would you like to build a Service Desk department from scratch in a growing iGaming company?

We are looking for a specialist who wants to build own department. 

Direct work with the ะกะขะž, team recruitment, tool implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

โ€“ Improve and implement service desk processes within the team

โ€“ Report to management on service desk plans and status

โ€” Install and configure office software and hardware (PCs, laptops, printers)

โ€” Prepare workstations for new employees and provide onboarding support

โ€” Provide user consultations and basic troubleshooting across macOS, Linux, and Windows

โ€” Perform manual diagnostics and repairs of devices

โ€” Maintain and update ticketing systems (task tracking, time logging)

โ€” Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations

 

Mandatory Requirements:

โ€” Proven experience in service desk environments, ideally in a senior capacity

โ€” Strong interpersonal and communication skills โ€” friendliness is a must! ๐Ÿ˜Š

โ€” Client-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others

โ€” Leadership potential โ€” able to take initiative and guide service desk processes

โ€” Understanding of ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)

โ€” Hands-on experience with installing, troubleshooting, and supporting software on macOS, Linux, and Windows

โ€” Familiarity with modern VPN, access management, and endpoint security software

โ€” Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments

โ€” Ability to work independently and follow structured processes

โ€” Willingness to learn and grow technical skills over time

โ€” Fluent in English (spoken and written)

 

Nice to have:

โ€” Experience with OKTA, WARP, CrowdStrike, ManageEngine, ABM, Jamf
