Social Media - Content Manager (Football/Sports Tech)

The Role

Are you a storyteller who speaks the language of football? Do you know the difference between a simple match recap and a “hook” that stops the scroll?

Fifteen Soft is a sports-tech company making football interactive, social, and rewarding. We are growing fast, and we need a creative voice to lead our content.

We are looking for a Digital Storyteller who can write excellent copy, own our social calendar, and help bring our brand to life — both on the screen and on the ground.

Who You Are

  • A Writer at Heart: You don’t just post; you write. You understand tone of voice, humor, and how to craft captions that fit the Ukrainian cultural context.
  • A Football Fan (Not an Analyst): You don’t need to know every xG stat, but you must understand the emotions of the fans, the memes, and the major match narratives.
  • Organized Creative: You combine big ideas with clear plans. You can write a great script and handle the practical details to ensure it gets produced on time.

What You Will Do

90% Digital Storytelling & Content Strategy

  • Own the Social Calendar: Plan, script, and execute the weekly content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Master the “Hook”: Write engaging scripts for videos, witty captions, and push notifications. You define the creative angle.
  • Direct the Creative: You are the bridge between the idea and the visual. You will write clear, professional briefs for our designers and video editors to execute your vision.
  • Campaign Concepts: Brainstorm creative angles for our paid media campaigns and influencer collaborations. (Note: You won’t run the technical ads, but you will drive the creative strategy.)

10% Brand Activation Coordination

  • Remote Coordination: Manage logistics for offline marketing (flyers, events) by finding and coordinating freelancers or students.
  • Quality Control: Ensure our offline presence (posters, QR codes near stadiums) matches the quality of our digital presence by managing local contractors.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation (Agency or Tech startup experience is a huge plus).
  • Language: Ukrainian (C2 — flawless grammar and copywriting skills are non-negotiable) + English B2 minimum (for internal communication).
  • The “Football Factor”: Genuine interest in sports culture. You follow the leagues and understand how Ukrainian fans think/speak.
  • The Portfolio: You can include examples of your writing or social media posts that have generated engagement.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with Notion, Slack, Figma, and current social media trends/tools.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Philology is a plus.
