Growth Marketing Manager Offline

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our global team and drive go-to-market strategies for our growing suite of legal intelligence and expert network products.

📍 Remote (LATAM-based candidates preferred)

🕒 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Pacific Time (PT)

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build lifecycle email automations (welcome, onboarding, activation, reactivation) and create high-converting campaign emails using Brevo
  • Segment audiences, run continuous A/B tests, and optimize overall email performance.
  • Write and optimize landing pages, blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, and product explainers, including SEO and GPT/AI search optimization (ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Gemini)
  • Repurpose content across channels and use ChatGPT + Claude to accelerate research and drafting
  • Build demand-generation campaigns that drive MQLs and SQLs, test new channels, and improve landing page conversions
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align messaging and pipeline priorities
  • Track funnel performance in Mixpanel and Google Analytics, measure campaign and content impact, and own KPI reporting (leads, conversion rates, pipeline influence)
  • Ensure smooth lead handoff to sales through HubSpot, maintain CRM accuracy, and create sales-enablement materials

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years in growth marketing, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or demand gen
  • Hands-on experience with Brevo, Mixpanel, GA, HubSpot
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on conversion
  • Understanding of GPT Search Optimization (semantic content for AI search)
  • Someone hungry, proactive, reliable, and not juggling multiple jobs
  • A true doer - you ship consistently and move fast

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing products for legal tech, SaaS, or data-driven services
  • Basic understanding of intellectual property (IP) or professional services markets
