Type: Full-time (8 hours/day, flexible schedule)

We are looking for a Middle System Administrator — a reliable, detail-oriented specialist who can help maintain our servers, networks, and internal tools, and keep our infrastructure stable and secure.

☑️Your Responsibilities

Server Management

• Install and configure Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and Windows Server.
• Set up and maintain:
  • Web servers (Nginx/Apache)
  • Mail servers
  • Asterisk
  • Firewalls
• Update systems and keep them secure.
• Monitor server performance and fix issues when they appear.

Infrastructure Support

• Maintain and update internal systems and services used by different BitHide teams.
• Work with virtualization tools (VMware / Proxmox / Hyper-V).
• Support container-based applications (Docker — advantage).

Networking

• Configure network equipment: routers, switches, firewalls.
• Work with DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing.
• Help ensure stable and secure connections for all employees.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Work with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Identify problems, find the root cause, and fix issues quickly.
• Work with the team on improving stability.

Security & Access

• Manage access rights (users, permissions, secure settings).
• Help with backups and recovery processes.
• Follow security best practices inside the company.

Team Interaction

• Work with developers, product teams, support, and operations.
• Help colleagues with system access and technical questions.
• Write simple documentation and instructions for users.

✅Requirements

Experience

• 2–4+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Experience with high-load or multi-geo systems is a plus, not required.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server.
• Understanding of networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing.
• Experience with:
  • Nginx / Apache
  • Firewalls (UFW, iptables)
  • Virtualization tools
  • Monitoring tools
• Basic knowledge of Bash/Python is a plus.
• Experience with Asterisk is an advantage.
