B2B Tech Social Media Marketer

We are a B2B Cybersecurity SaaS company looking for a LinkedIn-Focused Social Media & Thought Leadership Marketer to grow our brand visibility and executive presence across the cybersecurity community.

This role is 50% content strategy & writing, 30% LinkedIn distribution, and 20% analytics & optimization.

You will work closely with our C-level thought leaders to craft and distribute high-quality LinkedIn content that drives brand awareness, credibility, and engagement within the global cybersecurity market.

Responsibilities

  • Own LinkedIn thought leadership content - research topics, propose angles, write posts for executives, and ensure messaging aligns with B2B cybersecurity narratives.
  • Lead weekly content planning – build structured content calendars, define content pillars, and actively experiment with new formats.
  • Own the end-to-end distribution cycle – schedule posts, write captions, create simple visuals or clips, and coordinate distribution across team member accounts.
  • Run paid campaigns (brand awareness focused) – boost top-performing posts and optimize for impressions, engagement, and reach among ICP audiences.
  • Analyze and report LinkedIn performance – track impressions, follower growth, engagement rates, and branded search indicators.
  • Collaborate with internal experts - extract insights from product, threat research, and executive teams to convert them into clear, engaging LinkedIn content.

 

Hard Skill Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT services.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn content for companies and business executives.
  • Proven ability to:
    • research topics
    • write posts
    • create simple visuals (Canva/Figma)
    • edit short video clips (optional but will need to develop this skill)
  • Experience with at least one of the following:
    • Brand marketing or demand creation
    • PPC on LinkedIn / Meta / X
    • Podcast content repurposing
    • Analytics and reporting
    • Startup or fast-paced environments
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher β€” this role requires writing in English.

  • Flexible communication β€” comfortable using any format (written messages, Looms, or video calls). For calls, you check and book available calendar slots first.
