YouTube Producer / YouTube Content Strategist (Fitness Niche, US Market) to $1500 Offline

About Us

We are a US-market fitness brand looking for an experienced and proactive YouTube Producer to grow our YouTube presence and build a profitable, scalable content ecosystem. Our small creative team includes editors and designers who will support you — but you will be the strategic lead.

Tasks:

• Develop a complete YouTube content strategy for a fitness channel targeting the US audience.
• Plan the upload schedule (e.g., 3 videos/week) and define content formats.
• Create video briefs and instructions for the editor (or edit videos yourself if you prefer).
• Source missing footage when needed (TikTok, stock, internet).
• Collaborate with our designer on thumbnails OR create thumbnails yourself.
• Upload videos, optimize titles/descriptions, and schedule content.
• Analyze performance and adjust the strategy to improve views, retention, and revenue.
• (Optional) Support content planning for TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest.

Requirements:

• Proven experience growing YouTube channels, ideally from 0 → 500+ subscribers or similar measurable success.
• Strong understanding of:
• YouTube content strategy
• retention, hooks, topic selection
• thumbnails and title optimization
• YouTube SEO
• English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently, propose ideas, and lead content decisions.
• Strong analytical and creative skills.

• Video editing skills.
• Thumbnail design skills.
• Experience in fitness niche or passion for fitness.
• Experience using AI tools for content creation.
