Community and Content Manager $$$ Offline
About the project:
We're seeking a Community & Content Manager to establish our own product - AI Agent's presence across digital platforms and foster a thriving ecosystem of AI automation enthusiasts. The ideal candidate combines strategic community-building expertise in B2B SaaS environments with the ability to create compelling content across multiple formats - from tutorial videos and webinars to press releases and social media campaigns.
Does this relate to you?
- 4-5+ years managing tech communities in tech/SaaS with demonstrated success building from scratch.
- Video tutorial creation and webinar leading experience (hosting, moderating, presenting technical content).
- Experience with multiple social platforms and proven B2B audience engagement.
- Track record of organizing virtual events and managing contributor programs.
- Media relations skills or existing journalist contacts.
- Hands-on experience with AI automation platforms (N8N, Make, Lindy, Relevance AI, etc.) or experience building AI agents/workflow automations.
- Experience with Q&A platform optimization for AI search engines.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content.
- Meets all or most required and highly preferred qualifications.
- English is upper-intermediate.
A new team member will be in charge of:
- Build and execute brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, X, YouTube, product forums).
- Create and distribute compelling content across formats - press releases, blog articles, social media posts, tutorial videos, webinars, case studies, and platform announcements.
- Develop and implement community growth strategy from ground zero - launch and moderate dedicated communities on Reddit, LinkedIn Groups, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage AI automation enthusiasts and practitioners who want to develop their agent-building skills.
- Design and manage contributor programs to foster user-generated content and community participation.
- Publish regular platform updates, feature releases, and industry commentary across social channels.
- Coordinate with product team to translate technical features into accessible narratives
- Track community health metrics and adjust engagement strategies based on performance data.
- Organize virtual events, AMAs, livestreams, and community challenges to drive participation.
- Additional: Manage Q&A platform presence for another (medical billing SaaS) product - create and maintain active profiles on Reddit, Quora, and similar platforms that serve as information sources for AI search engines.
