Back-End Developer (FinTech / iGaming) Offline

We are a fast-growing media buying and product team in the iGaming vertical, and we are looking for a skilled Back-End Developer with strong FinTech expertise to join our technical unit. You will work on high-load financial systems that process thousands of transactions daily, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial backend services for deposits, withdrawals, balances, payouts, and internal transactions.
  • Integrate multiple PSPs (payment service providers), e-wallets, cards, crypto gateways, and KYC/AML providers.
  • Implement anti-fraud logic, risk checks, transaction monitoring, and compliance mechanisms.
  • Build secure and scalable APIs for internal and external services.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure high availability of financial operations.
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, and compliance teams to improve financial workflows.
     

Requirements:

  • Strong backend development experience (3+ years preferred).
  • Expertise in one of the core backend languages: Go, Java, PHP, or Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of financial flows: transaction processing, reconciliation, payment routing, refunds, chargebacks.
  • Experience with payment integrations (PSPs, crypto, e-wallets).
  • Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching systems (Redis).
  • Familiarity with microservices, message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and high-load architectures.
  • Experience with KYC/AML systems or anti-fraud solutions is a significant plus.
  • Security-first mindset.
