Responsibilities:

• Search, identify, and recruit micro- and mid-tier influencers across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Kick, and Instagram within Tier-1 GEOs.
• Manage outreach campaigns — initial contact, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Evaluate influencers by engagement rate, audience quality, and relevance.
• Build and maintain influencer relationships to ensure smooth communication and timely content delivery.
• Coordinate pilot campaigns: creatives, promo codes, tracking links, and reporting.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (CTR, registrations, FTDs, engagement).
• Research competitors’ influencer activities, campaign formats, and audience approaches.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing (preferably in iGaming and Tier-1 GEOs).
• Strong experience in influencer outreach and deal negotiation.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and performance KPIs.
• Understanding of compliance and ad restrictions for gambling or regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Creative thinker - capable of suggesting new formats, challenges, or gamified mechanics.
• Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-testing environment.
