Technical AI Lead / Manager Offline

About the role:

We are looking for a Technical AI Lead / Manager to drive the development and delivery of AI-powered features within an innovative AI-backed Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll lead a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, and product experts, ensuring efficient, high-quality implementation of AI solutions that enhance the learning experience.

Working closely with the Chief Architect, Delivery Lead, and other stakeholders, you’ll manage multiple development workstreams — combining strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the AI team working on Python-based AI services and model integration.
• Define and plan the scope of work, manage sprint cycles, and ensure timely, quality-focused delivery.
• Remove blockers, monitor progress, and facilitate productive collaboration across teams.
• Translate product requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables.
• Oversee architectural decisions and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Provide regular status updates, communicate delivery risks, and present team achievements.

• Contribute to release planning, documentation, and retrospective reviews.

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, technical project manager, or scrum master.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML engineering processes.
• Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, cloud technologies, or systems engineering.
• Familiarity with .NET and React stacks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
