Customer Success and Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Support Specialist who loves helping customers succeed, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where new AI features launch weekly.

✨ What You’ll Do

Onboarding & Education

  • Lead onboarding sessions for new customers, helping them understand Snoika’s capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Explain how Snoika’s AI marketing engine works (AI visibility, content publishing, structured data, technical SEO, etc.).
  • Ensure customers are fully set up, confident, and ready to grow using Snoika.

Customer Support

  • Monitor all customer communication channels (email, chats, support tickets).
  • Make sure every customer receives timely, clear answers.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate technical issues to product/engineering.
  • Keep customers informed about updates, publishing cycles, and results.

Customer Success

  • Build long-term relationships with customers and be their trusted point of contact.
  • Proactively track customer health, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Spot risks early and ensure customers achieve their marketing KPIs.
  • Support account managers in renewals and outcome reporting.

Upsell & Expansion (Nice-to-Have)

  • Identify opportunities to upsell add-ons (LinkedIn, Reddit/YouTube, Visibility Boosters, etc.).
  • Recommend higher-tier packages when customers are ready to scale.
