About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic CRO Manager to take full ownership of our digital conversion optimization efforts. In this role, you will analyse user behaviour, develop hypotheses, run experiments, and translate insights into high-impact improvements across our funnels.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development. Please note: the creative execution of test variations (design, visuals, layouts) is supported by our in-house design team—allowing you to focus on strategy, analysis, and performance.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a long-term, data-driven CRO strategy.
- Set up, run, and analyse A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization experiments.
- Perform in-depth funnel and behavioural analyses to identify opportunities.
- Translate insights into optimization recommendations for UX, flow, copy, and interaction.
- Collaborate with designers on the creative execution of test variations.
- Work with product, marketing, and engineering to implement and validate improvements.
- Report on test results, business impact, and key metrics like conversion rate, engagement, and customer value.
- Continuously monitor performance and iterate based on learnings.
Who You Are
- You have at least 3 years of experience in CRO or digital optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, Amplitude, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and user behaviour.
- Comfortable working with data, forming hypotheses, and making decisions based on insights.
- Strong communicator who can work cross-functionally and present findings clearly.
- Independent, proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Fluent in English.
What We Offer
- A role with significant impact on our growth and digital optimisation strategy.
- Flexible working environment (remote within CET timezone).
- Collaboration with an experienced in-house design team.
- Competitive salary and professional development opportunities.
- A supportive, ambitious environment with room for new ideas.
