(Head of Automation, Conversational AI & Low-Code Solutions)

 

🎯 Role Purpose

Lead the company’s automation, Conversational AI, Chatbots, Voice AI and AI-driven workflows.
Own the full lifecycle — strategy, design, implementation and optimization — to improve efficiency, elevate customer experience, increase revenue, and seamlessly connect business needs with modern technological capabilities.

 

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Architecture

  • Build and execute the company-wide Automation & AI roadmap.
  • Identify automation opportunities across marketing, sales, service and operations.
  • Design scalable integration architecture across SaaS platforms, APIs, voice systems and web applications.

     

Chatbots & Voice AI Development

  • Design, build and optimize advanced chatbots across WhatsApp, Web, Messenger and additional channels.
  • Develop conversation flows, intent handling, fallback strategies and dynamic logic.
  • Implement and maintain Voicebots / Voice AI solutions, including intelligent call flows.

     

Low-Code / No-Code Automation

  • Build and maintain complex automations using Zapier and Make (mandatory).
  • Develop flows for lead routing, data syncing, marketing automation and customer service operations.
  • Manage automation at enterprise standards: versioning, monitoring, logging, scalability and reliability.
     

API Integrations

  • Deep hands-on work with REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth2 and authentication systems.
  • Write and interpret integration specs (Swagger / OpenAPI).
  • Solve integration challenges, build stable connectors and work with vendors when needed.

     

AI & Prompt Engineering

  • Design and optimize advanced prompts for operational workflows, bots, and internal tools.
  • Integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into automations and user-facing experiences.
  • Implement AI-driven modules such as: call summaries, intent detection, Q&A engines, and smart customer flows

     

Project Management & Solution Design

  • Lead full E2E project cycles: research, discovery, scoping, BRD/FRD, technical design, implementation and QA.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously using Agile/Kanban methodologies.
  • Conduct remote workshops and requirements-gathering meetings with internal stakeholders and clients.

     

Documentation, Monitoring & Optimization

  • Create clear documentation: workflow maps, system diagrams, naming conventions, and process repositories.
  • Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing and continuously improve flows based on data.

     

🛠️ Mandatory Requirements

Professional Experience

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, chatbots, voice AI or system implementation.
  • Proven ability to independently build complex low-code automations (not just manage vendors).
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders and business units.

Technology

  • Mandatory:
    • Zapier
    • Make (Integromat)

       

  • Highly Preferred:
    • UChat (complex flows, integrations, API-driven logic)

API & Integration Skills

  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth2, JSON.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve complex integration issues.
  • Ability to read/understand basic code (JavaScript / Python – advantage).

     

AI & Prompt Engineering

  • Experience crafting advanced prompts for operational and customer-facing use cases.
  • Understanding of LLM-based systems and how to integrate them into processes.

     

Business Thinking & Use Cases (Mandatory)

  • Proven experience designing business-driven Use Cases for marketing, sales, service and operations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured automation and AI workflows.
  • Strong understanding of business KPIs:
    • Conversion, CAC, LTV, AHT, CSAT, NPS and operational ROI.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to propose improvements based on insights.

     

Tools & Soft Skills

  • Proficiency in MIRO for flow design, diagrams and journey mapping.
  • Excellent English — written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and documentation discipline.
  • High level of independence, ownership and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

🌟 Strong Advantages

RPA – UiPath

  • Experience designing and deploying RPA workflows.
  • Working with Orchestrator, Queues, Scheduling and automation governance.
  • Ability to combine API-based automation with RPA for hybrid solutions.

Voice AI

  • Experience with Voice tech such as Twilio, Aircall, Talkdesk or similar platforms.

     

Product & Solution Architecture Skills

  • Background as Product Owner, System Analyst or Solution Architect.

     

Additional Technical Skills

  • Experience with n8n, Power Automate, Pabbly.
  • Basic SQL, Serverless Functions, Web Scraping.
